You decide which facilities can see your shared records. Sharing can be withdrawn, and access is logged.

Facilities publish their requirements. You see what has been provided and what is still missing for each request.

Surgeons and facilities that both opt in to nearby discovery can send short introductions. Accepting one creates only a private draft request.
